For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions “we”, “our” and “us” refer to World Corporate Events FZE., “this website” collectively refers to the www.worldcorporatesummit.com website and “you” and “your” refer to a specific individual or program accessing this website.
General Terms and Conditions
No reservations will be made until payment is received in full by WCE and are subject to availability at the time of payment.
WCE is entitled to change the quoted rates at any time.
Any applicable refunds claims will be processed within 30 days of the request made in writing to WCE staff.
WCE is not itself a provider of accommodation, ground services, tours or other activities and not responsible for the quality of service or terms and conditions of third-party providers.
Unless otherwise specified, the price paid by the customer does not include items of a personal nature including but not limited to, travel insurance, meals, optional excursions, passport, visas, cots and food for infants, laundry, room service and hotel extras, hotel car parking, gratuity or taxes.
The guest is solely responsible for the obtention of any entry visas and necessary vaccinations required for entry to the United Arab Emirates, where applicable.
The guest is responsible for the accuracy of any personal details or any other information supplied that are required for booking.
WCE will not be in breach of its obligations if it is unable to perform or fulfil its obligations hereunder due to the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event. A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event or condition beyond the reasonable control of the affected Party, which arises after the date of this Agreement and prevents its performance (but not arising as a result of its own fault or negligence), including but not limited to airport closures or landing slot unavailability in the Emirate of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates as a whole, or Doha, Qatar; criminal damage, sabotage, blockade, border closures, geopolitical conflict including sanctions, embargo, strike, lock out or other industrial disturbances or trade dispute; and cancellation or rescheduling of the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Doha or closure of the World Cup fixtures to fans, or any other event that results in cancellation of the World Corporate Summit or any of the services provided by WCE or its third-party providers.
WCE is not responsible for any services provided outside of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to local transportation, activities and accommodation, visas, and obtaining tickets to World Cup matches.
Quoted room and flight category may sell out or increase in price between the time of quote/invoice and the time that payment is received by WCE. Third-party non-allocated category availability and product pricing is outside of the control of WCE. Should this happen, WCE will notify the customer of the lack of availability and propose an alternative category, or notify of the increase in rate. The customer reserves the right to refuse the new category or rate proposed, and may request a refund of the sum paid for the specific product, which WCE may refund, less any payment or wire transfer fees.
Covid regulations and restrictions may be applicable.
If any of the provisions of these terms are deemed to void, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder of these terms so as not to cause the invalidity or unenforceability of the remainder of terms, which shall continue to remain in effect and in full force.
Governance
This website is governed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your use of this website.
World Corporate Summit Event pass
Classic or Basic Event Passes include unlimited access to the World Corporate Summit events. Ticket valid for 1 entry pass only Non transferable and cannot be exchanged with another itinerary, flight or other modes of transport. Prices are not available online, but upon request.
Unlimited Event Pass includes unlimited access to the World Corporate Summit events, and fair usage of a chauffeured sedan in Dubai and fair usage of Dubai-Doha air travel
Set hours for the chauffeured car are 10am to 7pm, unless otherwise requested by the guest.
Fair usage policy, including kilometers driven, tolls incurred, set hours and number of flights, provided upon request. Usage beyond the fair usage policy may incur additional fees.
Damages due to the use of the vehicle by the customer, including but not limited to eating, drinking, smoking and interior or exterior damage, are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. A receipt/Confirmation email
will be issued on payment. Rates are VAT (5%) inclusive.
Refund Policy
Passes are refundable up to 180 days before the start of the Summit (latest May 21, 2022), less payment or wire transfer fees. After this date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the rate is due, with the exception of a ‘Force Majeure’ and in accordance with the UAE law. A full refund request will be entertained if a participant presents proof of contracting COVID-19 disease with upon presentation of a valid current positive PCR test provided by an authorized medical institution.
Air Charter Dubai-Doha
The type and capacity of the aircraft may be subject to change
Daily flight plan including flight timings is subject to change and availability
WCE is not responsible for delays on arrival or departure, including landing slot availabilities
No refund is provided if the guests misses a scheduled flight for any reason

Any personal information you supply to us when you use this website will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy

All information and other materials provided on this website together with the underlying software code are owned either directly by us or by our licensors. You may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any material on this website or the underlying software code whether in whole or in part, without our explicit permission. However, the contents of this website may be downloaded, printed or copied for your personal non-commercial use.
